06 F7 90psi??

bought A new sled this year. just did a compression check on it? both cyclinders are around 90 psi?? the sled has only 1700 miles on it?? is this correct?

The rule of thumb is that you want both cylinder very close to the others. But 90 PSI sounds a bit low in my opinion. Does a cap-full of two-stroke down the spark plug hole significantly increase the compression?

An overheat condition or improper warm-up might easily cause scuffing of the piston and deposits on the cylinder which could create that situation. If it runs reasonably well I'd just go with it until the time is convenient to have a look inside.
