Frontier 2003 engine running Hot and LEAN

I have a 2003 frontier with a problem.
The engine run hot to the point where if the side of the right cabin is not coverd with foil tape it melt the edge of the plastic.
I am not loosing coolant!
I have replace the CO2 sensor, the fuel pressure is 41 pounds and check a lot more thing but my solution look like the TPS is not adjusted properly and it is running lean on fuel.
So I check and I have .530 volt and my Spark plug are gray color.
So I would like to adjust the TPS so that it will run richer in gas to get the spark plug brown and that should make the engine run cooler!
If I adjust the TPS at .520 volt or should I go to .540 volt to make it run ritcher on gas?
also the idle run a bit like vareing bettwen 1100 RPM and 1250 RPM.
By the way except of that running Hot problem, the sled run fine!
Thank you.
