Just get a new, longer cable. What's it gonna be, like $10? $15? Easy change, too.

To get a better idea I just checked Ronnie's, found a cable for $11.83. And it seems Ronnie's is always a little high.

Your brakes are Liquid cooled hydraulic.

Polaris has been using hydraulic brakes since the mid 80's.

If it's hydraulic I would get a short extension.
