I need help setting up my 583. I would like to hit 100mph this season
Last season I was sitting at around 89mph. Where is my missing power?
Can somebody give me some pointers on how to enhance my performance to achieve my goal? Please let me know

You'd be better off posting this in the ski-doo forum. Im no expert but the best way to go faster is a clutch kit.

how healthy is this engine maybe you have a bad cylinder what is your compression
a stock 583 should pull atleast mid 90's if your engine is ok then your clutching and suspencion knead tuning get this right before you try to do any thing to the engine for engine modes there is a 1 mm bace gasket from ski doo that rases the port but lowers the compresion so you have to shave the head check the squish
and cut to .055of an inch loarger carbs and a wilder rotery disk will help but only with other modes remember get the chassies right first put the power you have to the ground first then mod .
