85 tigre 6000 lc for 100$ ... should i snag it?

i can pick this thing up for 100$ . he had this 85 tigre for like 250$ but needs the cash.
he said its definitely a lighting coil as the light and the speedo dont work .
i know some things about the tigres since i used to have a 1979 . VERY familiar with the carb .

the clutch is in good shape, its a comet 102 .
track is fine with studs .
compression on left cyl is 120 and right is 100 .
2000 miles but who knows since i think it might be connected to speedo.
spray painted primed hood, no cracks in windshield...

work was done by neighbor mechanic who has done stuff on sleds.

keep me posted. can get it today .

heres what the seller posts....

Hello, I have a 1985 Arctic Cat El Tigre 6000. The sled just needs carbs adjusted and cleaned, and one gasket. and is in good condition. The only reason for selling it is that i am a student and have no time to ride or work. I will take 200 obo, I will consider ALL offers. shoot an offer.!!! It has the following:

*500cc Liquid cooled engine
*It has a awesome track
*New skis
*Newly sewn seat
*Freshly painted hood (but no decals)
*It has a new voltage regulator
*It has a new cylinder!!!
*Engine has been cleaned
*Gauges
*New Pistons and Rings!!!!

The only thing this sled actually needs is a lighting coil ($20 new at sledparts.com), to make th lights and speedo work. Otherwise this sled is good to ride.

I will take 200 or best offer for the sled. It comes with an extra stinger pipe and cylinder and cylinder head, and extra skis.
