My sled started making wierd resonance-type noises about 5 miles after my dealer put in a new primary clutch. When I got back after a quick 25 mile ride, the primary wouldn't fully disengage and the motor stalled. When I screwed the puller in, the moveable half separated leaving the fixed half on the crankshaft. Never saw one like this. Notice the dark color of the shaft indicative of extreme heat. I'm glad the trail was tight and I didn't have it over about 40.
