ok guys . i need a little help i can get a good deal on a set of twin pipes and canister for my zr 800 they are d+d  so have any of you bought them and have they made a huge differance for ya and i was also planning on putting a goodwin clutch kit on it next year or should i go with the d+d clutch kit thanks any info would help

I have a comment for you...I have ran two zr800's with twin pipes and I was not impressed.  I think the reason must have been because they were not the type of people who are "super tuners".  I've found that with my single pipe, it was very easy to dial in and runs better than the other twin piped sleds I've ran against.  Just my opinion, but I would look to a single pipe for a performance gain.

Just got a heck of a deal on a set of D&D pipes myself for the same sled...will install them Tuesday and ride Sunday, will let you know how they do.  Going to run them first w/out adjusting clutching...then will change weights and springs and run it again.

I've heard nothing but good things about them from 3 different shops and the magazines.  Additional 15-20hp and 14lbs lighter....yehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!
