I noticed two bolts missing the first time around 560 miles. Took it to the dealer and had it fixed under warranty. Now with 1200 miles on noticed it again. Took it back and was told they've had to fix this on others as well, including a mach.

My suggestion would be if you want something done right do it yourself, and locktight those in there good.
yes its a common issue. my mach has had them loosen up
Over at Doo-Talk a guy posted about a different kind of washer to use not sure what they are called but do a search on there site and see. As far as locktight it works for a while but mine have still started to back out, I keep checking mine every 500-750 miles.
They still having that problem. My 04 was doing this. I had mine replaced with updated bolts (that was what I was told by the dealer) & they were ok after that. I haven't checked them in a while so I think I will do that today.
there was a fella who mentioned this trick on another site.locktight will not work as it heats up with the exhaust and lets the bolt free.he used orange high temp silicone and he said it worked like a charm.he said to just smear a little on the threads of the bolt like you would lock tight.
