1985 Thompson 18' Boat 4 Cyl 120 Hp

I am selling my 1985 Thompson 18 ft open bow boat which i have recently overhauled. The entire floor system of this boat has been gutted and removed down to the floor joists. There is a series of pressure treated 2" boards which are supporting 3/4 inch walmanized plywood. All material was waterproofed before installation. On top of that i have replaced all the carpet and also all the upholstery. the seats are 2 years old but in good condition. There is also a radio and new set of speakers. The boat has a 4 cylinder 3.0 "iron duke" stern drive motor."inboard/outboard". The motor starts easily and runs good. I have replaced the plugs, cleaned carbs and fuel pump, changed a freeze plug, and replaced the belt.I think the motor may still need some tinkering yet but overall seems pretty reliable. The boat does roughly 35. There are some gauges that do not work on the instrument panel. The boat comes with a shoreliner trailer which could use some new lighting and wiring. I did replace the winch strap.The tires hold air just fine but do show some signs of dry rotting.I had bought a brand new prop but the first time out i let someone else drive an they bottomed it out.It has been reconditioned. I have 2 props and one need reconditioning. Reconditioning = $75 vs. $170 new. I think this is a great family boat.
