I have a hard time getting off a standing stop - needs a lot of coaxing. Been doing some reading and it sounds like the secondary clutch has a big influence on this. Most sources say the belt should lie flush with the top of the sheaves or down 1/8" max. Mine is down in the sheaves a good 1/2".

How difficult is it to adjust the secondary in so the belt rides higher? How do I go about that?

What about the primary clutch? Any tweaks I should consider there? It might nice to allow the engine to rev a bit higher before engaging.
