I recently acquired a 2000 ZRT 600 with D&D Drag pipes and powerbreather & Delta 3 V-Force reeds. I went through and cleaned the carbs, painted the pipes, and adjusted C-C and Parralellism to ensure proper running this season. The sled is a dog untill 30mph, seems like it is ALWAYS loaded... I even try keeping rpms up to 4500 to let it breathe but it still is slow out of the whole, anyone have any idea for carb adjustments? I am running at about 20 farenheit in Northern Michigan. Please help I know this sled is capable of more than it is putting out.

at 4500 rpm`s even my zrt stock is/was a dog try your engagement up around 5000 . btw what are your max rpm`s[/b]
You don't have to bring those in at such a high engagement. What Jetting is in it? Where are your "C" Clips set at? We still have a stock 97' 600 that ate 98' 700 SRX's alive out of the box....

Get your fuel set right and it should fly! Call D&D and ask them what you are supposed to have in it....
