I have heard that thes sleds are clutched pretty good for trail riding. What helix and weigts does it have and what combo have you guys found that works good. Just looking for a good set-up for trail riding. Just want a little better response. That always makes it alot more fun to ride. Any suggestions appreciated.

I went with the SLP recommendations on my 2001 2 years ago when they didn't have a kit yet for the VES motor and am still using the same setup. Sled has awesome acceleration and comes out of the corners 'right now'. I used the stock weights, 40-1 orange primary (now 40-73 green/yellow), and yellow/purple secondary spring. I have added sleeper heads, pipes and an MBRP silencer. Good luck.
