Ah terminology, your skid has 2 shocks. The front skid shock, sometimes called the center shock, there is not a whole lot of choices unless you want ultra high performance, so the stock one should be adequate for most users. The rear shock on the skid does haves some alternatives, most are available from your friendly Polaris dealer, such as a Fox PPS5, Fox Adjustable Resevoir Shock, and Ryde FX adjustable Resevoir Shock. Make sure your setting down when you see the price, US $ starts at $250.00 and goes past $500 each, if you want to. I'm not real sure on the 07's, but one some of the older Edges there were different mouting holes for the center and rear shock to adjust the soft/stiff of your skid shocks. Check your owners manual for this.
