Just put a 121" with a rail extention in an 82 SRV540. (It came off a 90 Phazer II). Had to use the driveshaft off the PhazerII due to the different sprockets. Needed the 8 tooth off the Phazer to be compatable with the new track. So that meant we have to use the gears and chain off the Phazer because the SRV gears would not go on the Phazer drive and jack shafts. Now, the problem is, the Phazer chain is a bit too short, because the Distance between the 2 shafts on the SRV is slightly greater than the distance on the Phazer. So.... what do I do? Is it possible to find a slightly longer chain? Or will I have to take the chain into a shop to have it lengthened?
