Did anybody on this forum ever own one or remember the stats for it. That was my last sled and I'm trying to find the hp rating for it. I remember the advertised hp was 110 out of the box. 99% sure. Can anybody help me out. This is the Plus X not the Plus. I know here in Manitoba only a few were delivered(less than a half dozen).

My friend has a 94 plus, what is the diff. between a plus and a plus x. His does not have rave. My 00 500 could just pull the lead in a 1/4 mile. H.P. on his must be around 100?

the plus x had the same 583 but had a 504 rotary valve not the stock 207 and the bigger vm 38 carbs not sure on hp I would guess 8 to 10 more then the non x version but I think this was in 93 not sure if they made a 94 plus x they were trying to phase out the prs sleds and go to the dsa f sleds

No plus x in 94, just 93. My neighbor has one but he left it in colorado where his kid lives. Was it one of those sleds where just 500 models were made so Doo could race them?

92 and 93 Plus X had 38mm with rave

My buddy had the 92 Plus X,I know the 92 was rated at 108 hp :sly:

I think the 92 Plus X was a late season release while I know the 93 Plus X was a full production model(I have the 93 Brochure)

The Plus X had FOX SHOX :hallo1:

The regular 92-93 Plus had the none rave 580

I have a 1994 Skidoo Brochure with the prs 94 Plus efi,it is there with the dsa STX and Formula Z

Later 94 Brochures did not have the 94 Plus efi in them

But Skidoo dropped the Plus efi before production :nervous:

I guess the 93 Plus efi(red seat Plus)was having performance problems and with the STX/FZ 583 in the chassis no one wanted the 94 Plus efi so Bombi dropped it :sarcasm:

If I remember correctly I think they were around 107 hp.I was thinking what a rocket my 94 Stx was gonna be but it lost about 10 hp unfortunately.Even the 94 formula Z was only rated about 101.I saw a couple of these sleds at oval races and a radar run and they absolutely dominated. They were real cool looking too in my opinon.

Wasn't there a 91 or 92 Mach1 X?
Yup 44mm and twin pipes

In 92 Skidoo offered owners the 670 engine swap for the 92 Mach 1 X as it had reliability problems :cussing:

Yes they were a very limited production run. I believe that there were only 3 delivered to all of Manitoba.

93 PLUS X was not a limited built sled BTW :) Lots of them were sold around here

The 92 Plus X was :sly:

The 94 formula z had 40mm carbs and the 94 stx had 38s. I thought the 94 z was the same motor as the 93 plusx. The formula z in 94 was a strong runner.
