Hey I have a 95 indy 500. Its the most reliable sled that i have ever owned. The thing is 100% bullet proof!. The ride is Ok. it only has 8" of suspension, but its good enough for me, its not going to ride like an Edge. The things handle great. It turnes on a dime if ya know what i mean. And for power, it doesn't have power like a 600 or nothing, but for a 500 i am very impressed by the ride. I have over 4000 miles on it and never once has it left me walking or ever broken down, NEVER. And I am impressed power wise, if ya jet it down one or two sizes the thing goes like a bat out of hel! for a 500 trail preformance fuji!!!! I love my 500 and i will never get rid of it. If ya see one for a good price i would pick it up!!! If ya have any more questions Email me at [email protected]
My brother in-law rides one with over 5000 miles on it with no problems at all, we replaced the track 2 years ago and the motor has never been touched and he rides it hard.
My buds and i are trying to talk him into buying a CAT but he likes the indy.
even when we tell him he's riding a womans sled.
Now thats a die hard polaris fan if I ever saw one.
I dont think you can go wrong with one just do your regular maintenance and enjoy.
I HAVE A 95 INDY 500 AND THE THING IS INDISTRUCTIBLE. I JUMP DRIFTS, RIDE IT EXTREMELY HARD, AND I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THERE IS ONE THING WRONG WITH MINE THOUGH, THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR IS BAD ON IT AND I CANT FIND THE DARN THING. ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHERE IT IS EMAIL ME AT [email protected]. OTHER THAN THAT, POLARIS MADE A GREAT SLED WITH THIS.
