95 Summit 670 Dumb Rewind

:confused: I got a 95 Summit 670 with a bad starter rewind. Replaced the pawl (?) now SIX times...When the sled tries to start and backfires the stupid plastic piece breaks...Mechanic checked out all other avenues. Do I have a retarded sled or is it just me? Please Help! :cussing:

Get the pick up coil checked you may have a problem there cusing the backfire. Early timing will kick back on the pawl and destroy it.

they upgraded the recoils on the 670s I believe in 96

Skidoo recoils = :cussing:

I have had my fair share of Skidoo recoils busting
