My friend without a computer is looking to buy 2 1996 Phazer moutain Light II, 480cc. with trailer for $5,000.00 us dollars. Does anyone know if these are good sleds? Is there any know problems they have? Reliable? etc. any input would be appreciated. Thanks

The Phazers are good reliable sleds, a mountain lite even better with the longer track. They are light, good handling sleds. We have not had any problems with our Phazers, other than normal things that happen to any sled, keeping carbs and clutches clean. Very easy to mod, pipes will add 12hp. They came with a 136" x 1" track, changing to a 1.5" to 2" makes them even better.

The price seems reasonable, Nada list value at $1975 and KBB list value at $2775
