I am thinking my carbs need rebuilt. I can pick up the track off the ground and run the sled full throttle no prob. But when I try to ride it, it engages and immediatly loses power and wont move. Just makes alot of smoke. Could this be the carbs?

How many miles on the belt? How many miles on the sled? Maybe dirty, worn clutches, worn belt. The 500 fugi's that I've owned were famous for letting me know when it was time for a belt change. There would be a lag on takeoff. Replace the belt and away you go.

Thanks I took the belt into Shade Tree to look at a brand new one they look the same. Mine is not worn or gouged or stretched at all compared to the new one. gonna try taking the carbs apart and cleaning them out.
