Just got back from an awesome trip to St. Zenon, Quebec, and I now have a question for all of you.
My friends 98 Cougar 550 is more than likely going to be totaled out by the insurance company (big jump, nose first landing, tumble, tumble, tree), and he's wiilling to let me swap over any parts I want to onto my 97 EXT 580 DLX, before the adjuster comes round to look at it. I'm definitely taking his gas tank, kill switch, steering arm, handlebar, hood for mine to fix my sled since I rolled it over. What I'm wondering is, should I swap rear suspensions with him. He believes his has 3 more inches of travel. Please give me your opinions. I'm definitely going to be taking the track off his and swapping it onto mine anyways, so I figured while I was in there, I might as well.
