i got a 99' Arctic Cat Z 440 that has been recently acting up. It will be running great then cut out ever once in a while. When i shut it off then go to start it a few min later it wont start unless i hold the throttle in all the way in. then when it does start it will only climb to 2,000 rpm and then bogg down to 1500 rpm then rev slowly back up to 2,000 rpm. when i back the throttle off it dies. If i let it sit for about half an hour it will start right up and run excellent again. It also wouldn't start at all one time and i pulled the plugs out and they weren't fouled and checked to see if i got a spark and i wasn't getting any. the plugs aren't fouling out. any help would be appreciated. thanks
