It's simple if you want more weight transfer to the rear you just turn the coupling block so the thin side faces to the rear.If the fat side faces to the rear then more pressure goes to the ski's.If you want even more weight transfer to the rear then you will have to take the rear rubber stopper that the block goes up against off and shave some off.
I'll go and give that a try, I don't have a manual or anything and couldn't figure out how to do it, hopefully it gives me alittle more weight tranfer. Thanks
