whats the difference between Amsoil series 2000 (around$28.00 a gal) and Amsoil injector oil (around $17.00 a gal) with this type a price difference these 2 oils must be completly different, any one using the injector series in there selds?? thanks for info..
I do not know the exact differences, but AMSOIL themselves recommend running the AIO (cheaper stuff) unless it is an all out race machine where maximum power, and protection is needed. The regular oil is fine for all trail sleds, and mildly modified machines, and it has rust preventative to fight corrosion in off season storage. The series 2000 is also a good choice for high heat conditions like air cooled two strokes, or two stroke aircraft engines. In my opinion you are wasting your money on the series 2000 unless your application demands it which it probably does not.
