I have a 97 ZR 580 I would like to put a 1.25 snow X track on. Will the tunnel provide enouth clearance? I tryed a 1.50 but it did not clear front tunnel. If not what is the biggest I can go with out going to smaller drive cogs and regearing the sled sees alot of outwest action in wyoning.         Thanks.

Yes you can run the 1 1/4 track.Havw you thuoght about going to a 136 x 1 1/4  this would be the way to go if you are out west often have you ever considered rolling the chain case back and down abit, then you could go to the 1.50 track with out changing the drivers.

Cat says you can g to 1.4" on your sled.  I just put an 1 1/4" on my '96 and there is still at least a 1/2-3/4" between the lugs and the front heat exchanger.  Looks to me like an 1 1/2" would fit easily.
