How Arctic Cat ever released that cheasy design is beyond me. Just look at it, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that it is a #### design. How do they expect that block to with stand the beating it is going to take. Even if you let Great Grandma ride your sled for a weekend it is still going to get the crap beat out of it. IMO, the Engineer that approved that design should be shot!

While after reading several post of guys finding there rear suspenion blocks broken and cracked, I went out and check my new 02 zr800efi sled. Have 500 miles on it and sure enough
the block on the left rear is cracked. Right one appears ok.

Has anyone talked to there dealer on this problem. It appears to be happening to alot of riders. Not only the 800's but all 02 sleds. even the smart ride suspension.
