Just wondering what you guys think the effects of having your center to center distance too low would be? Also wondering for you guys without the clutch alignment tool do you measure your distance Z on the inner or outer sheaves.

Does the primary upshift too quickly and try to pull a taller gear?

H.O. Rider all you need is a piece of 3/8 key way stock($5.00) and a ruler or a vernier calipar is better. Sandwich the 3/8 key stock in secondary clutch and mesure off it.
With a lose belt you wil start in a higher gear and up shift to fast.
