So I bought that new cross fire all green with that green belly pan. Any one have good ideas that work for cleaning off all the oil and carbon build up that shows on the green pan there???
I heard just gasoline on a rag works well.
Haven't used it myself.
It should go without saying, to use caution and common sense, right?
Don't smoke or expose to a flame.
I like to use Castrol super clean and then orange pumice hand cleaner to remove the last of the grime. I spray the Castrol on and let it sit for a couple minutes, then wipe it off.
I'd be careful with the cleaners being used. When vanity supercedes practicality there is something wrong. Some cleaners - like Castrol Super Clean- can be very hard on aluminum so be careful in using that not to get it on metal parts. Those "orange based" cleaners seem to be quite frinedly to things.
