hey bigtwin,  i have the same sled as you do.  i have a heelclicker clutch kit in my 800 efi.  i can't say good or bad about anyother kit as this is the one and only i have tried.  i am very happy with the heelclicker.  i have not had chance to run anyother 800's but she runs.  if the track hooks up, i could flip this sled right over.  the primary weights are 83.1 grams for my setup.  everything else on the sled is stock.  here is there website if this helps.    www.supertorquer.com

If you go to the heelclicker kit go to redline performance and not super torguer.Through redline you get a helix and better setup instructions than through super torquer and through super torquer you don't get a helix and the setup instructions are pretty blique I have the heelclicker kit in my sled and I couldn't get any settup help through super torquer they told me to call redline and red line said I needed a helix Which they provide in the kit if you get it from them but they wouldn't let me know what the angle was because this is their secret onless you buy the helix but this is comon with performance shops and clutch kits,as far as the BM kit the racers always say there is no magic in Black Magic parts, you could also go with D&D or speed werxs(they supplie the clutching, motors and pipes for Cats open sleds).

bigtwin, if you are looking at a heelclicker, do like snorat says, go to redline.  the instructions i got from supertorquer were very vague.  i didn't know about redline before i bought mine.  -- matt

I've always used Goodwin kits. A buddy of mine put one in his 01 800 ZR and it made that sled scream. I've always had great luck with their kits and support.

The Healclicker kit is the way to go! Don't screw around with the others.
Use the white spring in your drive clutch and keep adding "washers" untill it boggs.
After that remove one "washer" and you should be close to dialed in.
Keep in mind that your "driven" also needs to be topps.
I.E. the right amount of shims, spring tension, etc.
The stock helix for the EFI modles is just right!

Well, I repaired a 2000 Blair Morgan 600 that had a heel clicker dr. cl. kit installed. The white spring outside dia. was to big and did not fit in the cover or the spider resulting in the sp. breaking. The sled had 1092 miles on it and the clicker cl. weights bolts were worn almost half way through. May have been caused by the improper fitting sp. They may have a fix for this by know but you might want to ask if they do???
