What is wrong with it? unless it is worn thin or damaged it can be rebuilt for less money than a new one.They are not to hard to rebuild if you have access to some of the tools needed just make sure that you mark the cover,spider,stationary sheave and movable sheave,so that when you are done and the clutch is reasembled all the marks line up to keep the clutch in balance.
All bushings,rollers,pins and weight bushings etc. are replacable.
