Would the clutch componants (weights, springs, helix) from a 99 zrt800 fit in a 95 zrt800. My brother in law had a clutch kit put into his 99 and I need to do some clutch work on my 95 and was wondering if his stock clutch parts would be the same as mine. The springs are the same but his weights have a bearing and mine don't will they still fit?. I want to leave my clutch stock but with new weights and springs to try it out and then decide if I want to put a kit in it.

95's still used the old style comet clutch, but I don't know about the ZRT's, they may have had the newer style.  It may work, what's the worst that could happen, red line the motor and blow it.  Keep an eye on your tach.

Well, from what I remember all cats in 1995 used the Comet 108C except the Puma and Bearcats. They used the new Arctco round shaft drive clutch. The stock componets for a 1995 ZRT800 Comet 108C are as follows:
Spring = 0646-083 (Red)
Cam Arms = 0646-163 (54g)
Drive Belt = 0627-010

1999 ZRT800 Arctco Round Shaft:
Spring = 0646-149 (Red)
Cam Arms = 0746-605 (52g)
Drive Belt = 0627-020

The Comet 108C drive clutch springs will not fit in the new Arctco round shaft drive clutch unless you machine the cover and the spider for the larger dia. comet spring.

The Arctco round shaft clutches also came with the larger roller. You decide
