!!! Any tips on filling and bleeding the cooling system on a 2000 SKS 700 Twin cylinder.... Just rebuilt the engine and I want to make sure I don't over heat on first trip !!!

When filling a totally dry machine, fill it to where you think you have it fill and than find a snow bank close by and run it up the slope a bit. Putting the engine higher than the rear coolers. You will almost always trap air in those rear coolers if it is totally dry. Run it for a bit on the slope but what your temp. Than let cool and fill up the rest of the way. It should take coolant out of your resovour. Than just fill it back up.
