The two that I have help set up have been. Regardless, you should go buy a fish scale and make the little tool that's pictured in the race manual so you can measure them yourself. I have found that new beige springs can be as much as two pounds off of each other when placed in the same holes. If you want dependable, repeatable, results...get a scale.
BTW..Dalton uses the same degree measurements as Skidoo. A Skidoo 47* is a Dalton 47*
