First purchase of a new sled. What should I expect to be included as part of the prep? Sled is being "built". Have been reading a lot of posts and some things that come to mind to ask are;
1. Track tension checked?
2. Power valves synched?
3. Suspension adjusted for my weight and anticipated trail conditions?
4. Any other significant issues that I have overlooked? I am sure that there will be a few if not more.

Thanks for a response and insight. Trying to start out on the right foot. Sled is 03 SX Viper ER.

The dealer will assemble the skidframe align and put skis on... windshield handlebar.... sometimes a seat... I had a problem with my upper carrier bolt on the cat and the dealer kept having to fix it... hopefully it will be good now

The best PDI going is the one you should do yourself before riding. Do all of the above but also check every bolt you can get a wrench on don't forget to check the fuel, oil and wiring routes looking for a pinched/rubbing wire or line. Double check all fluid levels including the chain case, inj oil, and of course coolant.
Enjoy your ride
Rick.
