Hey I found a 99 formula 3 800 for sale for $3800,  does anybody have one of these?  I didn't think they made them in 99...I would like some info on the sled because I can't find any anywhere!  Does it produce as much power as the mach z? please help thanks!

FIII 800 is a single pipe "MachZ" engined sled, it is also a little higher like the FIII 6-700's it is about 20 horse less than the MachZ, but you can put Mach Z pipes etc right on it to get the 150+ horsepower.

I have the last of the formulalll 800's made, it's a 2000 spring order only model. Formula 800's and 700's came with single pipes while the formulalll 600 came with triple's. The 800 single produces 135 H.P. while the 800 triple pipe produces 155 H.P.
Skidoo has a manual part# 484 200 013 [2000 models] I dought there is any difference in the 99 but you might want to check into it.
The single pipe is great for short runs and hill climbing but put a set of triple pipes on and do the proper clutch-carb and timing changes like I did and you got a real animal then!
If the sled your looking at is mint with low miles it's still only worth between $3200.00 & $3500.00 remember, this is a buyer's year for any sled, shop and deal they are everywhere.

Thanks for the info guys...I looked into it and I think i am leaning towards an mxz 700.  I like that stlyle a lot better and it is a lighter sled.  I love my 670 and I think I want to stay with the Mxz.
