Has anyone contacted the arctic cat factory for technical support or is everyone relying on their dealers for technical advice. The reason I ask is their seems to be alot of guess work regarding setup of these machines and nobody seems to have a wrong answer. Nobody knows these machinens better than the factory and therefore they should be offering their technical advice to the people that bought their product. This will not only help their product succeed but also keep dealers honest. The 2 dealers around my area have totaly different opinions as to setup and what is warranty. For the people that want the technical advice from the factory they should be able to get it. The practice of protecting a dealer that is not helping support their product must stop. In this day and age the internet is a wonderful avenue for these manufacturers to allow us to acces technical information or data bases of known fixes or problems for their machines.
Does any one else feel this way and possibly have a fix?
