Yes, suing will bring back the deceased and help educate everyone involved ? The tragic loss of a youth out having fun with his friends. One loans him a sled, the other accidentaly collides with him and now its everyones fault except for the real parties to blame. How about the family forbidding him to go (That'll work) or the rider neglecting to install the chin strap on his helmet. Obviously the club and land owner needs to share the blame. Oh yeah, it happened in Quebec where No Fault insurance prevails to prevent inflammatory law suits like this. When are people going to take responsibility for their own actions and not find someone else to blame. My condolences to the families.
