You need a flying nun (front member). Not terribly expensive but time consuming. What body parts were damaged. BTW.. Just hitting a rock or a tree stump will do that the the front end. You will notice the replacement nun has reinforcements different from the stock lay out. In the past I ordered the nuns from the 440 racer but now it seems that all the new nun come with the added gussets.

Here are the parts you will need including reinforcements and stiffeners (from 440 racer) to repair frame damage. You will need to get about 50 stainless 3/16 nc(#10) X 3/4 bolts, lock nuts and flat washers. About 25 steel 3/16 pop rivets. A tube of Loctite 272 will help hold all screws from moving. The OEM stuff is fastened with Avis aluminum rivets so screws are the best replacement, Another good practice is to apply a bead of epoxy resin to all joints and pop rivets before assembly

Qty Part Number Description Price Total
2 518324181 CORNER $10.73 $21.46
1 518324107 PLATE STIF. $51.97 $51.97
1 518324096 STIFFENER $23.97 $23.97
1 518324694 CROSS MEMBER $189.47 $189.47
1 518324726 PLATE-FRONT $14.97 $14.97

SubTotal $301.84 USD

Going through the same thing myself. I took out almost everything ahead of the nun. Mine was a slow motion hit into a stump off the side of a two track, I gased it into a large mogul and didn't see the stump until I was in the air. Best part was that I was riding with my ins agent who was there in 30 seconds flat to aid in the zip tying  Now thats service
