Anyone have a good overall clutch setup for 2000 Mxz 700 ?? I would like to just buy the parts and install them instead of a "kit". Looking for good trail riding setup but yet want top end when I hit the lakes..... (plus beat my buddies Viper!!) ;-) any info would be great.... thanks guys. This forum is awesome!

Straight Black Ice 44 Cam, 200-290 primary spring, stock ramps, A-3 on the secondary, stock pins, ramps on clicker#3. Or the Goodwin kit. My setup is a lot cheaper for the parts. Good luck. HRP, in Belding Michigan for the cam. (616) 874-6338 Ask for Brad.

Kid Rocker, what is the end result with this setup vs stock ? Mine is all stock but I put in a 50/47 hleix instead of the stock straight 47. I am on B-4 in secondary. I would rather just get the parts instead of the kit. cheaper that way. Can I get the spring at HRP also?

I can help you here.....I have a set up that I have been running since 2000 and havent had a F7 beat me since...! 1 sled lenght faster than a ZR 800
Change gearing -go one tooth larger on the top sprocket (26)
SECONDARY;
50/46 Helix
Blue Goodwin spring
Goodwin Teflon buttons
Preload at 17-18 pds
PRIMARY CLUTCH;
OLD pink/pink spring 230/380
Adjustable Heavy pin kit at 20.8 Grams
Change Ramps to #289
Clicker #2
Then Hold on! w00t

JoeWin. Hey I went to Goodwin site and the pink/pink spring is a 310/460 but the pink/white is a 230/380. You mean the latter right?? Also what type of adjustable heavy pin it ?? Goodwin ? I am looking around to see if I can find these parts .....
