As some of you know I had crashed my sled the end of last winter and had to strip it down to the frame.  Well I finally got it running tonight.  I added a D&D single and their quite Can.  It really sounds nice can't wait to feel the difference.  Once they get the personal website area fixed I will get my new pics up.

Good job.  That is a big job to undertake.  I replaced the bulk head on a PS600 last year.  There are 112 Rivits that holds that bulk head.  I bet your arms were sore.

Make sure you get the clutches aligned.

Post a pic.

I cheated I borrowed an air rivet gun from the local dealer.  They only have a mechanic in the winter so they weren't using it and I'm really good friends with the owner.  I can't imagine doing all them by hand.  It only took about 15mins to rivet it togethor with the gun.

Glad to hear it ZR500.  It's a pain to do but it is worth it if you like the sled.
