I've got a 78 Polaris TX 440 and it keeps blowing the front headlight out on high and low beam at idle. I 've replaced that little black box underneath the ignition module and am not sure where to go from there. The tail light and brake light do not blow out. We measured the voltage at the headlight plug and seems to be high (?) as compared to a Centurion. It reads about 1.5 volts where as the Centurion reads about .5 volts. Any ideas? Do I need to replace the lighting coil that's behind the flywheel?

Thanks
