Help Needed On Mounting Ski Doo Racing Tank/map Bag X-team

I have purchased a tank/map bag from ebay and it does not come with the mounting hardware...I was wondering if anyone had tips on mounting it....I have added a link to a site showing the bag.....I was told to use cam buckle kit part # 861777500, are these the right pcs and how do they mount to sled to hold the straps down?......Thanks Ski Doo Tank/Map Bag
