just took apart one to see if this one needed to have hole cut it seems to have it ? going to check with your pic's this sled was bought new in 99 but it's a 98 and it's one of my freinds he wanted to make sure to get it fixed before it went it's got 1200 miles on it but my ??? is the ones that need to be fixed do they have two hole's or just one that goes straight and not angled cause this one has a straight and a angled do they make this hole larger when the fix'em or would you say it's a no problem motor or???? this motor has never been apart till today.

It was my understanding that the cases on the 99's were already fixed and had no problems with the bearings

sorry rocket he bought it in 99 but it's a98.

Oh..sorry. Then yeah..best put the fix in...too bad i don't know exactly what it was :doh:
