As far as the 600 you want about 7800 to 7900 mid range and about 8100 top end any higher and you will lose top speed as the hp drops guickly after that I my self am running heel clickers as they are adjustable and a Cat secondary with a dark green and a 55/53 helix with the heel clickers it puts somuch power to the track at the bottom end that traction becomes a bigg problem plus there is NO BELT SLIPPAGE and the engagment is bellow 4000 rpm for easy trail riding I dont touch the clutching for draggracing because it works awsom.

If you are running a Polaris secondary, a 52/36 or 52/38 will work well.  Last year I ran SLP components because they didn't have a "kit" for the sled last year (52/36, orange primary, yellow/purple secondary, stock weights).  This year I am running Hot Seat clutch kit in mine and it works great.  Any other ?'s about the 600 let me know.  What year is the 600?  Is it the VES motor?  They call for different kits for different years/chassis/motors.

that 600 is the VES and its bone stock except for the vforce and SLP boost bottle.
the 440 is also bone stock too.
and theyre both 01 the 6 has about 400-500 miles on it and the 440 im guessing about 1000.
