thanks...do you know how long b4 you have to rebuild? i know i have awhile yet, but how long these known to last?
here is another picture..the other sled is a 650 RXL and the one on the floor next to the trailer is a 500 trail touring.
I would say now ,I have mine done yearly there is a differance and you will notice once you have them done,I send mine to goodwin performance for rebuilding/revalving.they say every 1000 miles but on a good year that would be a few times,like I said I do once a year.
I was told that HPG`s (Kayabas by another name) are a good shock and do not require overly frequent rebuilding (unlike Fox shocks which require almost weekly attention). Once your initial rebuild has been done (recommended at 1000 miles) you should be good for about 2500 miles. Just my experience.
