how much sea foam for a tank? I can't find exactly what base it is, but its most likely a alcohol based cleaner, Would make your machine run reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal lean if too much is put in. I would not try it again.
Seafoam is pretty cool stuff but like anything else, you can get too much of a good thing. I'm with you and steve6. Betting you ran out of octane. Either because you diluted the fuel too much, or it got a mouthfull of (nearly?) pure seafoam. I use it in my Valkyrie off season. Like it because I can ride when I get a chance, then just top off the tank and add a little seafoam. I have noticed the bike doesn't care for a real strong mix, so I follow the sugggested amount per gallon pretty close. I pretty much used to have to drain the Stabil when I used that. Bike would hardly run.... didn't care for that stuff at all. Glad you got through that experience without hurting anything!
