Hey all, sold my 98 SRX 600 to my father-in-law a couple of years ago and he is having trouble fouling plugs. He does not run it near as hard as I did. Part of the problem is also the fact that he likes to ride around with his granddaughter so his is putting more than this engine was designed for.

That being said, the jetting is stock but is obviously fat. I didn't mind the security because I would go through maybe one set of plugs a year. Plus, I could not figure out how to get the damn airbox off.

Any recommendations for jetting? We ride in Michigan solely and don't really see temps below -10 (that we ride in).

How about tips for the airbox removal?

Thanks, Chris.
