I recently bought a 2003 1M 600 that had a blown top end. Replaced the top end with new cylinders and pistons, etc.
Engine runs great, but it has a bog from idle to 4000 rpms. If I push the throttle too much it will almost die. Have to feather it up to 4000 rpms, then it runs great.
I think it's clutch related because the first time I started the sled after installing the new top end with the belt removed it didn't do this.
What can I check for?
