i have already moved the front shocks into the other hole in the bulk head lowered it a little but was wondering if there is a way to change springs and get it lower yet with out losing all the travel.  thanks

 you had to know someone was going to ask. why do you want to lower the front end that much ?

Doo makes a chassis for you, the CK-3.  I rode an mxzx last weekend, I wouldn't mess with the ride for anything. Besides, what's 1 inch gonna get ya

I loosen all the preload out of the shocks and put a piece of chain or nylon strap between the upper and lower shock bolts.

The 1" must make a difference. ? The ck3 was lower for two of the three muscle/performance sleds. 600/800 has 8.5 front travel. 700 has 9.5. Supposedly. I *think* the only difference was length in shock.

go to your nearest ski-doo dealer and get your shocks shimmed. (that is if you have take aparts)
