A few years back, I remember seeing a pic of a snowmobile called a Lynx. It wasn't Arctic Cat. 'Lynx' was the manufacturer. Am I just making things up or was there such a thing? If there was, are they still around? ???

This year's V1000 4 stroker uses a Lynx hood. Lynx uses a Zx chassis w/ a different front suspension. There is no upper control arm. The lower end of the shock is mounted to the lower control arm about halfway between the trailing arm & the bulkhead. I don't know if they use a SC-10 suspension or not. Check out www.bombardier.fi

From the beginning the Lynx were all Finnish. But a few years ago the company was bought by Bombardier. Lynx is still manufaktured in Finland thou. In Lynx u will find a Rotax-engine. Rotax is actually a finnish engine.

Sorry to correct you, but Rotax motors are made in Austria. Says so right on the engine tag.
