from where the rails straighten out consider that your front and of course you know where the back is. in the middle of those two.

Billww< I set my track at 1 inch, and i did not think 1/4 of a inch would do anything, and it fix all my problems, no drag, no clatters, and it's running even on the slide rails. install book i have sas 3/4, but maybe since my track is old and worn,, Im compensating for that, I also notice that my rear axel has no grease fitting,I greased it by hand and put back together,( not shure if the axel spins in the back with the back bogies) but it's rolling fine know no noise's.Thank you Snowmobileworld. I thought that it was petty tight also sometimes It will blow track clips if to snug .I have seen dealers tighting them to much and bring on a world of problems that ofcorse they fix for big bucks. Don,t forget to check trrack after a good ride and hyfax have glazed about 75 to 100 miles and adjust if you have to .
